CHILD CARE PROGRAMS
Families choose to enroll their children at Collegium Charter School (CCS) for many reasons.
One common reason is our onsite Before-School Care, After-School Care, and Camp Collegium child care programs. Dedicated CCS employees supervise the three programs and are available to assist families during the school year and for four weeks each summer.
Before School Care
Registered BSC students are supervised by BSC staff from 6:30 am until 7:30 am. When BSC ends at 7:30 am, students are escorted to their designated buildings. They are then supervised by CCS staff until being dismissed to their homeroom classrooms at 8:00 am. Students not registered for BSC can arrive as early as 7:30 am via the Parent Drop-Off Line or their assigned school bus.

2025-2026
- BSC is available to CCS students in grades K to 4.
- Registration fee of $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
- Students must be registered in advance of their first day at BSC.
- 2025 -2026 BSC tuition is $200 per child, per month.
- Arrival/drop-off for registered BSC students as early as 6:30am.
- BSC is open from 6:30am until 7:30am, but BSC drop off ends promptly at 7:25am.
- Monthly tuition rates are divided out equally over the 11 month school year period*.
- Breakfast options are offered at no additional cost.
- Organized play centers and activities are offered.
*Monthly tuition is not adjusted for emergency and/or weather-related delays or closings.

ASC is a program that provides supervised care for Collegium Charter School students in grades K-4 from 3:45-6:00pm and grades 5th & 6th from 3:00-5:00pm. The program is held in our 150, 486, and 500 Buildings. Most of the time ASC students are in the cafeteria, but ASC also uses the playground, technology lab, gymnasium, and classrooms. The ASC program offers several different registration options. The 2025-2026 monthly tuition is based on the registration option you chose. Monthly tuition rates are adjusted rates as they have been divided equally over an 11-month period to cover the entirety of the 2025-2026 school year. Monthly tuition is not adjusted for weather-related delays or emergency school closings.

Camp Collegium
Our goal is to provide your camper with a terrific summer experience. Our campers have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities that include arts and crafts, games, music, sports, and various day trips. Throughout each day, campers are given an opportunity to participate in activities that appeal to their strengths and preferences, as well as explore new activities.
For the 2025 season, Camp Collegium will offer:
- Daily breakfast and lunch options will be offered to each camper (no additional charge)
- AM/PM snacks provided to all campers
- Campers registered in the Extended Day option will receive an additional snack after 4:30 PM
- Each camper will receive one water bottle on a daily basis
- Dedicated science, art, music, fitness, and theatre activities will be included in the daily
schedule - Camp Spirit Days will be celebrated each Friday
- Weekly updates sent to all registered camp families

Camp Collegium 2025 Tuition
● Full-Time Enrollment (Monday – Friday):
$900.00 for the 4-week session
● Part-Time Enrollment (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday): $540.00 for the 4-week
session.
All fees MUST be paid in full by Friday, May 16, 2025. Refunds will not be processed after Friday, May 16th.
Sibling Discount
10% camp tuition discount on additional campers from the same family, excluding extended day fees and non-refundable registration fees.
