Board of Trustees

On the second Thursday of each month, the CCS Board of Trustees holds a Public Work Session in which all materials under consideration for Board approval are reviewed and discussed. The meeting is held in our Performing Arts Center, at 515 James Hance Court, Exton, PA 19341, and live-streamed on Collegium’s YouTube channel. All meetings start promptly at 6:00 PM.
On the third Thursday of each month, the Board holds a Public Meeting in which they take action or vote on matters presented at the Public Work Session. The meeting is held immediately following the 6:00 PM Public Work Session in our Performing Arts Center, at 515 James Hance Court, Exton, PA 19341, and live-streamed on Collegium’s YouTube channel.

All Board meeting agendas are available by selecting the Board of Trustees events listed on the Collegium Calendar, posted at least 24 hours in advance. Changes and cancellations to the above schedule are posted on our monthly CCS calendars and advertised in the Daily Local News.

Public Comment Submission Form

There are opportunities for the public to offer comments during all Public Meetings. For members of the public participating via YouTube, public comments must be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of the meeting using our Public Comment Submission Form. Comments will be read out loud during the appointed time in the meeting.
